Our practices are on Monday evenings, not Tuesday,
7 to 10 each Monday night at St. John's Methodist Church.

Except this week, when we will meet Tuesday, February 16, because of the federal holiday.

Celebrating our sixty-fourth year
of barbershop harmony in Albuquerque
Chartered September 1952

SAVE THE DATES: Plan ahead to see our Spring Show — performances on Saturday, May 21! With our special guests, the 2015 International Seniors Quartet Champion
Saturday Evening Post. How well do they sing?
Look at this from their contest performance.

And check back here before the spring show — other events will be scheduled between now and then.

The New MexiChords are also proud and privileged to be scheduled to sing our national anthem at Naturalization Ceremonies in Albuquerque in the coming year — singing the anthem to our newest citizens for their first time as citizens of the United States!

The New MexiChords are the Albuquerque chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (legal name: Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America, a.k.a. SPEBSQSA), an international organization that supports and sponsors barbershop singing. To find out more about barbershop singing, please visit their website.
